This premium mobile cart is purpose-built for fast bump-in and pack-down. Panels separate and reconnect tool-free for efficient transport, storage and repeat event use.
The lightweight canopy packs down with the cart body, making it practical to move, store and set up wherever the day takes you. (Note: Canopy remains assembled and does not flat pack)

Material finish options, chosen in the 3D builder:
Raw MDF, easy to prepare and DIY paint. Not splash resistant until painted.
Plywood, real plywood faces with the layered ply edge on show. Supplied raw or with clear coat protectant, so spills should be wiped promptly.
Laminate, colour, timber-look and marble-look laminates with 1mm ABS edging to every edge. Surfaces are wipeable, splash-resistant and more durable than standard painted finishes/MDF.
2 Pack painted, finishes are more durable and splash resistant than at home applications.
For best results, spills should be wiped promptly.
Suitable for indoor use and covered outdoor events.
Canopy material is in lightweight plywood for each option - Canopy comes assembled (non collapsible)
Standard production time is 1–2 weeks for raw MDF and raw plywood, 2–3 weeks for laminate, and 3–4 weeks for 2-Pack paint or any clear coat, from order confirmation. The 3D builder shows your estimated dispatch date as you build.

What finish should I choose for my cart?
We offer four finishes, depending on how and where you plan to use your cart:
Raw MDF
Best for: DIY projects, custom branding, short-term or low-wear use
Supplied unfinished so you can paint or customise it yourself. The most cost-effective option, but it is not moisture or spill resistant until sealed or painted.
Plywood
Best for: a natural timber look, markets, cafés and natural aesthetic
Real plywood faces with the layered ply edge on show. Choose your plywood grade in the builder. Supplied raw or with clear coat protectant, so spills should be wiped promptly.
Laminate finishes
Best for: regular use, food service and events.
Our most practical option. Choose from colour laminates, timber-look laminates and Marble Look, all finished with 1mm ABS edging to every edge: a budget-friendly alternative to paint that still gives a clean, finished look. Wipeable, splash-resistant and durable.
2-Pack Painted Finish
Best for: premium styling, brand-focused activations, and quality aesthetic.
A professional sprayed finish in the largest range of colours to suit your brand. Significantly more durable than DIY paint, but still requires care: spills should be wiped promptly to maintain the finish.
Does this cart collapse flat?
Yes, designed for easy transport and storage.
The lightweight canopy remains as an assembled box
Does this cart require tools to assemble?
No. Our carts are designed for fast, tool-free click-together setup and pack-down.
Can I customise the colour?
Yes. Choose 2-Pack paint in the 3D builder and pick any colour: our Dulux range, any Dulux colour searched by name, or a pasted colour code. You can also choose from our laminate range.
Do you offer urgent orders?
We can often cater to urgent orders - Contact us with your event date
Will it fit in a standard car?
This depends on the vehicle and product size. Contact us if you'd like transport dimensions confirmed before ordering.
Can I adjust the size?
Yes. Choose any length from 1200mm to 1800mm in the 3D builder. For a size outside that range, contact us.
Can you add cutouts?
Yes. In the 3D builder you can add 60mm cable cutouts, a drop-in ice well and GN trays, and place them where you want them. For other cut-outs, like sinks, contact us.
How much weight can it carry?
The wheels are suited to hold up to 200kg, however if you need more support, we can ensure the wheels & design is made to suit. Contact us to learn more
How does shipping work?
Enter your postcode on this page to see the exact delivery price for your address before you buy. Delivery is paid at checkout, with no surprise freight invoice later. Bulky items ship on a pallet.
Prefer to collect? Pickup from our Craigieburn workshop in Melbourne is free.
Can I return my item?
Our returns policy aligns with Australian Consumer Law, as such, you are eligible for returns if the product is not fit for purpose. As our items are made to order, we unfortunately do not offer change-of-mind returns.

Suitable for indoor use and covered outdoor events. For fully exposed outdoor use, contact us first.
