  • Ready to dispatch

    A small number of pieces are kept finished and in stock. They are free to collect from our Melbourne warehouse, or dispatched within 3 business days of your order being placed.

    Stock is limited and changes as it sells, so what you see is what we hold. See what is ready to dispatch.

  • Made to order

    Everything else is made to order in our Melbourne workshop. Production runs 1–2 weeks for raw pieces, 2–3 weeks for laminate and 3–4 weeks for painted, from the date your order is confirmed.

    Every product page shows your estimated dispatch date before you buy, and we confirm it when you place your order.

    Rates by postcode, shown up front. What you see here is what you pay at checkout.

    Each figure is metro / regional. Metro means the capital city and its suburbs; regional is everywhere else in that state. Country freight genuinely costs us close to double, so it is priced honestly rather than hidden in the product price.

    The Northern Territory and Tasmania are one rate statewide — those lanes are quoted as a single figure, so there is no metro and regional to separate.

    Each cart on an order is charged its own delivery — two standard carts pay the standard figure twice. Accessories ship free when they are on the same order as a cart.

    Not sure which one you are? Enter your postcode on any product page and it will tell you the exact figure for your address before you buy. Or ask us for a freight quote and we will come back within one business day.

    Every state has a set rate, including WA, NT and Tasmania, with no surprise freight invoice after the fact. Remote addresses a long way from anywhere can occasionally sit outside these rates; if yours does, we will contact you before anything is dispatched and nothing ships until you have agreed the number.

    Deliveries are contactless with no signature required, so please make sure access is clear. If the carrier cannot access your property, redelivery fees may apply.

  • Pickup available in Melbourne

    Want to skip the freight? You’re welcome to collect your order from our Craigieburn workshop in Melbourne’s north. We’ll tee up a pickup time once your order is ready, just make sure your vehicle has enough room (our pieces are flat-pack, but still need space to breathe).

    We’ll send you all the details (address, what to bring, and when to collect) once your order is locked in.

    Returns

    Made-to-order pieces cannot be returned for change of mind. So be sure to triple-check all dimensions before purchasing, we’re happy to answer any questions before you commit.

    If something’s not quite right or there’s a defect with your item, reach out with photos and a quick explanation. We’ll assess the issue and if it is a manufacturing defect, we will either fix it or send out a replacement, fast.
