Collapsible Event Carts & Mobile Bars
Flat-pack carts, bars and serving stations that click together without tools. Built in Melbourne for brand activations, weddings, markets and pop-up retail.
A cart is the piece people walk up to. It holds the drinks, the samples, the product, the moment — and it does it while everyone is looking. So it should be worth looking at.
Every cart here is designed in our Craigieburn workshop, drawn in CAD, and cut on our own machines. They fold flat, click together without a single tool, and come apart again at the end of the night. No hex keys, no missing bolts, no two people wrestling a bench into a lift.
What people use them for
Brand activations and product launches. Pop-up bars and cocktail service. Coffee carts, dessert stations, grazing and charcuterie. Shopping centre activations where the build has to go in overnight and out again just as fast. Market stalls that need to look like a brand, not a trestle table.
If you are running an event, the cart is the infrastructure. If you are running a brand, it is the storefront.
Built to be used, not admired once
These are working pieces. The panels are CNC-cut so every joint lands where it should, the wheels lock, and the finishes are chosen to survive being loaded into a van at midnight. Flat-pack is not a compromise here — it is the whole point. One cart fits in a hatchback and stores against a wall.
Sizes and finishes
Most carts run 1200mm to 1800mm long, 580mm deep. Choose raw MDF if you are painting it yourself, white satin laminate if it needs to shrug off knocks and splashes, or 2-pack paint in white or any custom colour if it has to match a brand exactly.
Raw and laminate ship in 7–14 business days. Painted finishes take 14–21. Every product page shows a real date range, not a vague "2–3 weeks".
Need something that isn't here?
About half of what leaves the workshop is custom. Different size, a sink cut-out, a specific brand colour, an integrated screen, a shape that does not exist yet — that is normal work for us, not a special request. Tell us what you're building.
