Does the blank option include signage?
No. The blank option is supplied without signage so you can apply your own vinyl, paint or branding.
Can you engrave my logo or wording?
Yes. Select the engraved signage option and provide your design as a suitable DXF file - If you do not have a DXF, chat to us and we can talk about getting your design drawn up (complex designs may incur a fee).
Is the signage applied to 1 face or both?
If you select signage on this page, it will be applied to both faces - Let us know if you wish for it to be only applied to 1.
What finish should I choose?
We offer three finishes, depending on how and where you plan to use your sign:
Raw MDF
Best for: DIY projects, custom branding, short-term or low-wear use
Supplied unfinished so you can paint or customise it yourself. The most cost-effective option, but it is not moisture or spill resistant until sealed or painted.
Plywood
Best for: a natural timber look, markets, cafés and natural aesthetic
Real plywood faces with the layered ply edge on show: B-grade for a rustic feel, premium birch for a cleaner, more refined finish. Supplied raw, so spills should be wiped promptly.
2-Pack Painted Finish
Best for: premium styling, brand-focused activations, and quality aesthetic.
A professional sprayed finish in premium white satin. Significantly more durable than DIY paint, but still requires care: spills should be wiped promptly to maintain the finish.
Custom engraving is available.
Will it fit in a standard car?
Yes. When packed flat, it’s designed to fit in most cars with the seats down.
What file type do you need for engraving?
We require a DXF file for engraved signage. If you are unsure or do not have this file, no problem! Contact us before ordering.
Do you offer urgent orders?

Can I adjust the size?
Yes. Custom sizing is available. Contact us for your custom size.
Can I customise it?
Yes. We can customise sizing, finishes, branding, signage and internal configurations.
Can I paint it myself?
Yes. Raw MDF and plywood options can be painted, sealed or decorated yourself.
Is it sturdy once assembled?
Yes. The design creates a stable and reliable structure for event use.
Is it suitable for commercial use?
Yes. It’s designed for repeat event use across activations, weddings, retail and corporate environments.
Can it be used outdoors?
Suitable for indoor use and covered outdoor events. For fully exposed outdoor use, contact us first.
Can I return my item?
Our returns policy aligns with Australian Consumer Law, as such, you are eligible for returns if the product is not fit for purpose. As our items are made to order, we unfortunately do not offer change-of-mind returns.
How does shipping work?
